At the Domaine de l'Aigle, at the gates of Limoux, @drinkinmoderation captured the intensity of the harvest alongside Thibault Haentjens, a passionate estate manager.

For 15 years, he has carefully watched over this terroir alongside Gérard Bertrand: 50 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that give birth to refined and expressive wines, combining freshness, aromatic precision and balance.
