The Exceptional Dinner at Clos du Temple took place on the evening of Thursday 30 April.

For the first time, the cellar of Clos du Temple opened its doors for a unique dinner.

 


Last Thursday, the evening at Clos du Temple came to life in a warm and elegant atmosphere, carried from the very first moments by spontaneous exchanges between the guests. As the estate wines were tasted, conversations flowed naturally, accompanying an exceptional menu centred around caviar and offering an experience that was both refined and harmonious.

 

 

Guided by the expertise of Xavier Thuizat, the vertical tasting of Clos du Temple offered a journey through the vintages, from the Clos du Temple 2020 to the most recent cuvées, right up to the mythical Legend Vintage 1955, revealing the full complexity and elegance of time.

 

 

Conceived by Chef Laurent Chabert, in collaboration with the house Sturia, the six-course dinner celebrated caviar with precision and creativity, in a refined dialogue between gastronomy and great wines.

 

 

An exceptional evening, where expertise, sharing and elegance were delicately combined, leaving each guest with the memory of a rare moment, suspended in time.
