The vineyards and landscapes are lush and green, and the scent of flowers charms us with its sweetness.

Our 5 senses are inevitably on alert! As the days get longer and the sun gets milder. What better way to match springtime appetizers, main courses and desserts than with our finest wines.

Here are our wine & food pairing suggestions just for you 

The starter with the pretty bitters of our cuvée Orange 2021 from domaine de l'Estagnère and the finesse of a white asparagus velouté. An ideal way to wake up your taste buds.

Continue with the lightness of a vegetable lasagne dish and the delicacy of a 2020 pinot noir from Domaine de l'Aigle Noir. Consistent and airy.
Last but not least, a touch of sweetness in the form of rhubarb tarte tatin, accompanied by a fresh, fruity fruity white wine from Domaine de Cigalus.
