Description of the wine
- Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
- 1130 pays homage to the first fortification of the city of Carcassonne, a medieval jewel listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
- The vineyard benefits from oceanic influences providing a lovely freshness to the wine as well as Mediterranean influences allowing it to obtain maturity and lovely fruity aromas.

matured cheeses.
Vinification and aging
The harvest takes place when the grapes are at their optimum maturity. The grapes are destemmed as soon as they arrive in the cellar and then they are vinified in the traditional way. Daily pumping over allows for delicate extraction. The vatting lasts around twenty days with precise temperature control. After pressing, the wine stays in vats for malolactic fermentation before being aged in barrels.
Tasting note
The dress is a beautiful purple red.
The nose reveals a generous bouquet and
complex with notes of blackberry jam
and sweet minty spices.
The palate is rich and fresh, offering beautiful
flavors of black fruits, spices on a finish
long.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
