The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes, with each grape variety vinified separately and the wine aged in barrels.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

Ruby in colour, with blackcurrant and dark fruit aromas and a hint of chocolate and mocha. Quite concentrated, with powerful, well-integrated tannins and lovely freshness on the finish. Flavourful and complex, with well-integrated notes from barrel ageing, good concentration and a long finish.
