The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Precise vinification followed by ageing on fine lees, bringing roundness and complexity.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

The wine has a beautiful golden colour. The highly complex and exceptionally fragrant nose reveals aromas of hawthorn and almond, floral notes of violet, and yellow fruits such as mango and apricot. The oak influence is very delicate, with notes of gingerbread and tobacco. The palate is rich and creamy, with plenty of body and breadth, balanced by lovely freshness.
