The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Gentle maceration and temperature-controlled vinification to preserve the fruit and finesse.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

On the nose, ripe cherry aromas dominate, complemented by delicate notes of wild raspberry and spice. On the palate, the ripe cherry comes fully to the fore, accompanied by a subtle toasted note that adds depth. Its silky texture and lingering finish make this a beautifully refined Pinot Noir.

At the table

Perfect pairings

  • Roast poultry
  • Cured meats
  • Mild cheeses
