The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Gentle pressing and low-temperature vinification to preserve freshness and aromas.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

Pale yellow in colour with slight green highlights. The expressive nose develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) and citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches. The palate is lively and refreshing, with a lovely minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.
