Description of the wine
The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the vineyards of the South of France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.
Grenache expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine.

shellfish and crustaceans, salads
Mediterranean, Asian dishes,
baked fish and spicy dishes and
tasty such as Thai curry, tagines.
Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of Grenache, until the start of fermentation carried out at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
Tasting note
A rosé with an original profile, a very pink color
pale, with shades of gray and white. On the nose
very tasty aromas of small fruits mingle
red.
On the palate, a slight sparkle gives the wine all its
freshness and exalts the fruit. Elegant, the finish is
develops on a fresh and mineral note.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.

Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
