It's Saint Paul!

C'est la Sainte Paule !

On this Wednesday, January 26, we celebrate Saint Paul.
Born on January 1, 1900, Paule was the first of the Bertrand family to plant a plot of Carignan on the family estate of Villemajou in the Corbières in 1920.

Inspired by his talent for traditional Languedoc cuisine and his winemaking heritage, Gérard Bertrand pays homage to him through our bistronomic restaurant Chez Paule and the "Cuvée 100, Les Arbousiers”, a red wine from the now century-old plot planted by Paule Bertrand.
