Custody and Service Tips
Ideal at 18°C with red meat, pasta or aged cheese.
The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the winery. A double manual sorting is carried out before and after destemming.
The grapes are then placed in temperature-controlled vats for a period of approximately 4 weeks. When the fermentations are finished, the wine is aged in vats for 8 months
