Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

This Art Edition of Cote des Roses is the fruit of a collaboration between Emma Bertrand and one of Australia's most talented artists: Morgan Jamieson. This cuvée celebrates the MediterraneanArt de Vivre . Cote des Roses limited edition comes from organically farmed vineyards on a terroir recognized as an exceptional place for rosés. The combination of two soils, schist and limestone, with undulating terrain, has created a complex network of underground springs that ensures an exceptional resource of pure water for the vineyards. This limited edition reproduces the essential Cote des Roses bottle with its rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. It's a wine that offers itself like a bouquet of roses!

Food & wine pairing suggested by our chef

Serve between 13 and 14°C with wild salmon tartare and gravlax, or ceviche of Mediterranean sea bream, tuna or bass. Also great with shellfish: langoustines, crayfish in sauce, lobster and grilled lobster.

Vinification and ageing

The different grape varieties are harvested separately at their optimum ripeness. Vinification respects the specific characteristics of each grape variety and terroir. This rosé is made by bleeding, following manual harvesting in the early hours of the morning, when the outside temperature is still cool. The whole bunches are left to macerate in a vat, and the juice is extracted after a short maceration, when the color has reached the desired level. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in the liquid phase, under temperature control, to develop maximum aromas. Part of this wine is vinified in barrels, so as to retain all its freshness and natural acidity. No malolactic fermentation takes place, and the wine is bottled quickly.

Tasting notes

The color is a brilliant pink. On the nose, the intensity of the fruit brings out complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with hints of licorice. The surprising fullness and roundness on the palate are balanced by the freshness of this cuvée. Lively and elegant, the finish lingers on notes of red berries.
