1 raw milk Camembert
2 sprigs of thyme
1 baguette

Remove the cheese from its paper.
Cut a piece of baking paper the same size as the
cheese paper.
Place the baking paper in the bottom of the box and put the Camembert back in
inside. Do not replace the lid of the Camembert box.
Make a few streaks with a sharp knife in the cheese and
sprinkle with thyme.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
Meanwhile, cut the baguette into slices and toast it in the
toaster or on the oven tray where the Camembert is for
5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
