Win a dream stay for 2 people in the South of France, at Château l’Hospitalet. 1. Organising company
The competition is organised by SPH Gérard Bertrand, a SASU with a share capital of €6,000,000, having its registered office at Route de Narbonne Plage, 11100 Narbonne (France), registered in the Narbonne Trade and Companies Register under no. 382 338 952 (hereinafter the "Organiser"), in partnership with Colruyt Belgium, the latter solely handling the communication of the operation to consumers.
2. Duration of the promotion
The competition runs from 8 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive.
Any entry outside this period will not be taken into account.
3. Conditions of entry
The competition is open to any natural person who:

Is of legal age (18 years and older),
-
Has purchased a bottle of Aigle Noir with a promotional neck collar in a participating Colruyt store.
A valid proof of purchase (photo of the receipt) may only be requested from the winner(s) or during checks to verify the validity of an entry. Only information strictly necessary to verify the purchase of the participating product during the promotional period will be requested.
4. How to participate
To participate, simply:

Buy an eligible bottle,

Scan the QR code on the bottle neck collar,
-
Complete the entry form with: surname, first name and email address.
Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted throughout the duration of the competition.
Any incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent entry or one that does not comply with these conditions will be voided.
5. Prizes to be won
5 stays for 2 people are up for grabs.
Each prize includes:

2 nights at Château l’Hospitalet

Return transport (train or plane), covered up to a limit of €250 incl. VAT per person

Breakfasts (hotel buffet)

1 lunch and 1 dinner in one of the estate's restaurants (Restaurant Chez Paule or at L'Hospitalet Beach)

An exclusive tour of the estate with the wine tourism team
Indicative prize value: €5,000 incl. VAT.
6. Validity of prizes
Stays are valid from 15 October 2026 to 30 April 2027, subject to availability and excluding any closure periods.
Prizes are nominative, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. Selection of winners
Winners will be drawn by the Organising Company from all valid entries within 14 days following the close of the competition.
Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided when entering.
Without a response within 7 calendar days, the Organising Company reserves the right to hold a new prize draw.
8. Personal data
Personal data collected as part of this competition (surname, first name, email address and, where applicable, proof of purchase) is processed by SPH Gérard Bertrand, as data controller, exclusively for the purposes of organising the competition, selecting winners and awarding prizes.
The data is kept strictly for the duration necessary to manage the competition.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and, where applicable, ensure the portability of their personal data.
These rights can be exercised at any time by sending a request to: dpd@gerard-bertrand.com.
Participation in the competition is independent of any subscription to a newsletter or commercial communications, which remains entirely optional and requires separate consent.
9. Liability
The Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of technical malfunction, unreceived entry, loss of data or any case of force majeure disrupting the proper running of the competition.
10. Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
