The winemaking expertise
Winemaking
Made as an orange wine by macerating white grapes with their skins, followed by carefully controlled ageing.
The tasting
I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.
The tasting
Tasting notes
The nose is complex, fragrant and very fresh, brimming with aromas of peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. The palate is round and smooth, with a fine texture and precise, flavourful notes. It is beautifully balanced, with tannins lending body and character. A wine of remarkable complexity and a delightful journey for the palate.
