The carbonic maceration vinification method on Syrah and Carignan allows an aromatic explosion but above all a delicacy of tannins. These notes are found on the nose in the form of jammy black fruits, liquorice, spices and also truffles.
It is preferable to let the wine aerate for a while or to decant it to allow a nice aeration and an optimal tasting of this vintage.
