Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

This cuvée comes exclusively from terroirs located on the oceanic climates of Limoux. Code Rouge is an ode to excellence and a tribute to the Premier Brut du Monde produced by the monks of the Abbaye de Saint Hilaire near Limoux. Blanc de blancs, made from Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac grapes, offers an exceptional expression of the high-altitude terroir in which it was born, with finesse and elegance. This Crémant bears all the hallmarks of Gérard Bertrand wines: the emblematic red color of its bottle and the Alpha and Omega symbols, evoking the ever-renewing cycle of nature that inspired its designation as Brut Eternel.

Enjoy as an aperitif, with sushi, or with creamed fish, fresh goat's cheese and fresh fruit salads flavored with basil.

Vinification and ageing

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in containers. Direct pressing is carried out using a pneumatic press, which eliminates 30 to 40% of the press juice without re-draining. Careful settling of the juice is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Depending on the vintage, malolactic fermentation may also be carried out. Precise blending of the various terroirs and grape varieties is carried out, with bottling in January to encourage the formation of foam. The wine is aged on laths for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting notes

The color is very pale, almost crystalline, with fine bubbles. bubbles. The nose is floral, with notes of pear, citrus and fresh fruit. Fresh and mineral on the palate. Code rouge is a fine, elegant and refined blanc de blancs.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.

Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
