White Cigalus 2023 :
The Cigalus estate enjoys a warm, sunny Mediterranean climate ("semi-arid with temperate spring variants"), enabling advanced ripening of all grape varieties. The estate is farmed biodynamically.
Tasting notes:
Bright, limpid golden yellow color. Intense, complex nose of ripe citrus (grapefruit), white peach, honey, dried fruit with a toasty note. Full, silky, ripe and ample on the palate, with notes of vanilla, toast, butter and exotic fruit. Long finish.
Domaine de l'aigle Chardonnay 2023 :
Domaine de l'Aigle is located near the village of Roquetaillade, near Limoux, at the foot of the Pyrenees. The estate covers some 47 hectares, with vines planted between 250 and 500 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest vineyards in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, and indeed in the Languedoc. Chardonnay vines thrive in climatic conditions similar to those of Burgundy, where the grapes originate: an oceanic climate with continental influences, frequent rainfall and a wide range of temperatures. Domaine de l'Aigle produces Languedoc-Roussillon wines of surprising freshness and exceptional minerality. The domaine began its conversion to biodynamic methods in 2014.
Tasting notes:
A golden-green color with silvery-gray highlights. Expressive nose with fruity notes of white peach, opening to hints of marzipan and pastry. Fresh, mineral, light and supple on the palate, with a mentholated finish.

Château l'Hospitalet great white wine 2022 :
On the edge of the coastline, Château de l'Hospitalet overlooks the Mediterranean by a hundred meters. Benefiting from a semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winters, the vineyard enjoys exceptional climatic conditions: in terms of sunshine duration, the amount of heat stored by the limestone during the day and released to the grapes at night, the effect of the Mediterranean Sea which moderates thermal variations, and the altitude which attenuates the summer heat. Two types of soil contribute to the aromatic complexity, finesse and elegance of this cuvée: the fossil-rich marl-limestone soils of the Gargasien, at the foot of the cliff, provide the vines with a water supply throughout the summer, despite the absence of summer rainfall; and the red Mediterranean soils of the Barremien, formed on the bluish-grey compact limestone conquered from the garrigue, enable the production of rich, concentrated wines. The grapes are grown using sustainable agriculture, in line with the Demeter biodynamic approach.
Tasting notes :
Pale yellow gold color. The nose is powerful and fresh, with aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruits such as pear and wedge, scents of garrigue and anise, and hints of roasted hazelnuts. The palate has great finesse and minerality, with iodine notes and hints of white pepper and flint. A fresh finish with notes of acacia honey.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
