Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

From the estate's highest plot of Pinot Noir (503 m), facing due south and the snow-capped mountains of the Pyrenees.
The quintessential cultivation of a noble grape variety: Pinot Noir on a unique Languedoc terroir (a blend of mountain and Mediterranean climates).
Tender, fruity and finely spiced.Aigle Royal has fine, silky tannins and great length.
Since the 2018 vintage, the estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER ( biodynamic agriculture ) .

Ideally served at 12-14°C with grilled red meats, roast poultry, grilled fish or fish in sauce cheeses.

Vinification and ageing

The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and, after de-stemming, vatted by gravity. Cuvaison (fermentation and maceration) lasts 20 days in open vats, with punching of the cap twice a day at the beginning of the cuvaison. After pressing and separation from the presses, the run-off juice is racked into new French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months. The wine is racked from the barrels and kept in vats for 1 month for natural clarification. It is then bottled without filtration.

Tasting notes

Ruby-red color with light purplish highlights. The nose is dominated by aromas of small berries berries (raspberry, redcurrant), with intense with hints of toast. Tender, fruity and delicately spicy on the palate. The tannins are fine and silky on the finish, with great with great length and a persistent finish.

Keep out of the sun and at a constant temperature.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.

We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
