From bud to bottle: a journey to the heart of the grape

Question for a winemaker: how do these magical little grapes become the divine drink we love so much?

Fasten your seatbelts, as we explore the key moments in the life of the grape, from beginning to end. Let's set off on a fascinating adventure through the vineyards.

Flowering

This is when it all begins. In spring, the vines are adorned with beautiful, delicate and fragile flowers. Each flower holds the potential to become a delicious grape.

La Nouaison

After flowering comes fruit set, the stage when flowers turn into small green berries. Bunches begin to form, and each berry begins its journey to maturity. It's like witnessing the birth of a wine star.

Maturation

Summer arrives, and with it the sun warms the vineyards. Grapes ripen slowly, gaining in flavor and sugar. This is the crucial moment when winemakers keep a close eye on the weather and the health of the vines. Every day counts to achieve perfection in every bunch.

The Harvest

When the grapes reach optimum ripeness, it's time to harvest. The winemakers, sometimes assisted by grape-pickers, carefully pick the bunches. It's a true celebration of nature and the hard work of an entire season. The vineyards are abuzz with activity.

Tasting

Finally, the most eagerly awaited moment: the tasting. The fruit of the vine's labor, transformed by the magic of time and know-how, is ready to be savored. Each sip tells a story, reflecting the terroir, climate and passion of the winemakers.

The life of the grape is a series of precious moments that culminate in the bottle we hold in our hands. Each stage, from flowering to tasting, is a piece of the puzzle that creates the wine we love.
So here's to you, and to enjoying every sip as a tribute to those great grape moments!
