La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of southern France. The first written record of the Abbey of Saint Hilaire dates back to 825. Located near Limoux, it is famous for housing the monks who discovered the secret of effervescence in
wines.

Vinification and ageing

The grapes are hand-picked, and harvested early to preserve good acidity. On arrival at the winery, the fruit is immediately pressed using a pneumatic press. The must is then transferred to the vats for alcoholic fermentation using the same process as for still wines. still wines. The wine is then transferred to sealed bottles for secondary fermentation, using the traditional method. Finally, the bottles are disgorged, and the traditional dosage is very precise, to preserve all the wine's freshness and balance.

Tasting notes

This cuvée, composed of Chardonnay, complemented by Chenin and supported by an addition of Pinot Noir, is pale gold in color. They release delicate, complex aromas aromas of white flowers (jasmine, lily), lemon peel and white pepper. On the palate, this crémant blossoms from the outset with clean notes of yellow peach in syrup, and toasted almond. The lively attack quickly gives way to full-bodied toasted and brioche notes.

Gérard Bertrand has made his name one of the most dynamic brands in French winegrowing. Although he claims to make southern wines as an "art de vivre", he is first and foremost a meticulous and demanding winemaker, striving for excellence in his 17 estates. This quest finds its culmination in Clos d'Ora, a magnificent cru on the heights of La Livinière, and in a rosé from the Cabrières terroir, the Clos du Temple cuvée, which shines with intense personality. Since 2002, he has been converting his vineyards to organic and biodynamic viticulture, one of the largest in France in terms of virtuous viticulture. All the estate wines are outstanding.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
