Located north of Montpellier, in the foothills of the Cévennes mountains, the Pic Saint Loup AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) vineyard is one of the most prestigious in Languedoc-Roussillon. Situated on a limestone geology and covered by Mediterranean garrigue vegetation, the vines here produce fine, elegant wines.

This deep red wine is made from three grape varieties emblematic of the Occitanie region: Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Traditional vinification (de-stemming, maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation) ensures that the flavors of this iconic wine are authentically transmitted.

Part of this Pic Saint Loup wine (around a third) is aged in barrels for 9 months, bringing out its complex aromatic palette and roundness.
