Red wine, a favorite of the French, as well known as the traditional baguette, is part of the French identity and landscape. This excellent biodynamically-grown wine is made entirely using traditional methods (grapes harvested by hand with the help of a horse). Maceration is carried out separately for each grape variety: Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. On the palate, the attack is captivating and the tannins melt into the mouth. The extremely varied nose brings aromas of pepper, chocolate, mint and sandalwood.
Without a doubt, these cuvées have become must-haves in the cellars of connoisseurs of fine red wines.
Several cuvées are now available, including the famous Orange Gold, and the excellent Villa Soleilla. The fruit of a long process of blending seven grape varieties, orange gold is surprisingly fresh, reflecting the mineral landscapes of southern France. The tannin remains light, with subtle acidity. On the palate, it's an explosion of white flower, candied fruit and white pepper notes. Finally, if you're looking for an extraordinary taste experience, the excellent orange wine " Villa Soleilla " is a must.
Carefully harvested by hand, the blend of Vermentinon, Viognier and Roussane produces a full-bodied, complex wine. Notes of garrigue, thyme and honey on the nose. On the palate, the aromas are spicy and fruity, with apricot in particular. No doubt that these cuvées are today must-haves in the cellar of connoisseurs of good orange wine and of the best orange wine.
