In this new year, our sommelier is delighted to share with you our most promising new vintages, ready to evolve elegantly over the years, to collect from January.
Cigalus Blanc, 2022
Bright, limpid golden yellow. The nose is intense and complex, combining buttery, roasted and quince aromas. The attack is tense, marked by notes of vanilla and butter.

Plantabelle, 2019
Dark, purplish color in its youth, becoming lighter and more tiled with age. Olfactory expression dominated by ripe fruit, garrigue notes and menthol. Dense and elegant on the palate.

" Great concentration of old Grenache in this vintage, with an ageing potential of over 20 years. An exceptional cuvée, with a silky mouthfeel and notes of wild raspberries. "
Hospitalitas, 2020
An intense purple color with red highlights, its explosive nose reveals aromas of violets, ripe fruit and a hint of toast. With a suave, bewitching attack, the full-bodied palate develops on melted tannins, with great power and length.

"The 2020 vintage is a particularly sunny one, which has enabled this parcel to reach a very fine level of ripeness. The wine is powerful, minty and offers the promise of an aging capacity easily exceeding 20 years."
