Gris blanc

Gris Blanc is a rosé with an original profile, very pale pink in color, with hints of gray and white. Its vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region of southern France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. The Grenache grape is able to express itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine. When ripe, it develops all its aromas.

On the nose, delicious aromas of red berries mingle. On the palate, a light perlage gives the wine its freshness and exalts the fruit. The elegant finish develops on a fresh, mineral note.

To accompany this unique rosé, we suggest you try it with oysters. The freshness of this wine makes it the ideal companion for seafood and shellfish.
