Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

One of the highest estates in Languedoc Roussillon
A terroir (soil and climate) similar to that of Burgundy

The estate has been cultivated using Demeter-certified biodynamic agriculture since the 2018 vintage.

Best served between 12-14°C with grilled red meats grilled red meats, roast poultry, grilled fish grilled fish or fish in sauce, and mature cheeses.

Vinification and ageing

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in crates. The berries are destemmed and sorted to remove all plant parts from the bunch. Pre-fermentation cold maceration lasts 5 to 8 days, with regular punching of the cap. At the start of alcoholic fermentation, pigeage (punching down of the cap) is carried out, then gradually, to better control the extraction of aromas and tannins, it is replaced by remontage (pumping over). Pressing is carried out delicately using a pneumatic press. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 9 to 12 months take place in French oak barrels. Finally, the wines from the different barrels are blended together after racking.

Tasting notes

Ruby-red color with light copper highlights. Nose dominated by aromas of small berries (raspberry, (raspberry, redcurrant), with a hint of toast. toasty notes. Tender, fruity and finely spicy. Fine, silky tannins, exceptional structure. Long, fruity finish.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.

We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
