Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

Chouchou is the answer to new consumer trends: a soft, light and fresh red wine. It's the ideal alternative to the traditional red wine: low alcohol content, a tasting temperature as cool as its aromas, and notes that radiate on the palate, reminiscent of a basket of fresh fruit. The grapes for this gourmet cuvée come from the high-altitude terroirs of the Cévennes, where the vineyards create exceptional landscapes. Le Chouchou is the ideal companion for all your convivial moments.

Enjoy chilled, with tapas, as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to Italian cuisine or a charcuterie board.

Vinification and ageing

Harvested in the early morning at low temperatures, the grapes are vatted in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. Maceration lasts 3 to 5 days, followed by devatting and final fermentation at 20°C. At the end of malolactic fermentation, the wine is clarified and aged for 3 months in vats.

Tasting notes

This cuvée seduces with its tenderness and silky texture. The color is ruby with beautiful reflections. The nose reveals subtle aromas of ripe red fruit and floral notes. On the palate, flavors of strawberry and cherry combine with a touch of spice from the syrah, with soft, well-integrated tannins.
