Wine description
Cuvée La Grande Bleue embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where generous sunshine and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir.
This organic white wine highlights grape varieties that are emblematic of southern France, offering freshness and an aromatic palette centered on fruit.
Food & wine pairing suggested by our chef
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish and summer salads. It also pairs well with light Mediterranean dishes such as vegetable tian with fresh cheeses.
Vinification and ageing
The grapes are picked at the coolest times of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately to express its own characteristics before being blended.
Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the full aromatic intensity of the fruit and flowers.
The wine is not aged in barrels, to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow in color, with slightly green highlights.
The nose is expressive, developing white-fleshed fruit aromas (pear, peach) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). Viognier adds a subtle exotic note.
The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity, with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.

Keep out of the sun and at a constant temperature.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
