This organic white wine highlights grape varieties that are emblematic of southern France, offering freshness and an aromatic palette centered on fruit.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish and summer salads. It also pairs well with light Mediterranean dishes such as vegetable tian with fresh cheeses.

The grapes are picked at the coolest times of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately to express its own characteristics before being blended. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the full aromatic intensity of the fruit and flowers. The wine is not aged in barrels, to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.

Pale yellow in color, with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive, developing white-fleshed fruit aromas (pear, peach) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). Viognier adds a subtle exotic note. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity, with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.
