Wine description
- An exceptional wine in a mysterious, unspoilt setting 200 m above sea level
- A wine already recognized by the critics: Bettane et Desseauve in Les Echos: "A Grand Cru born in the Languedoc".

Decant 1 hour before serving. Serve at
17°C with grilled, matured or slowly
cooked slowly.
Vinification and ageing
The vines are cultivated biodynamically and worked entirely with mules and horses. The leaves are thinned out before the harvest, which is carried out entirely by hand. All macerations are carried out in the thermo-regulated concrete vat, with each plot and grape variety treated separately. Syrah: vatting and vinification with destemmed grapes. Grenache and Mourvèdre: destemming and light crushing at vatting. Controlled vatting temperatures. Very gentle maceration, limiting tannic extraction. Only a few pump-overs to aerate and moisten the cap. Carignan: whole-cluster vatting, vinification at fairly high temperatures to enhance aromatic extraction.

subtle tannins. Thanks to
sophisticated vinification and ageing, Clos d'Ora

length on the palate.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
