Wine description
- One of the first and largest biodynamically farmed estates in France

Best served at 16°C with roasted red meats

Vinification and ageing
The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted and vatted separately. Syrah and Carignan are vatted in whole bunches, then vinified by whole-bunch maceration, with a vatting period of around 15 days. The other grape varieties are 100% destemmed, then vinified with traditional maceration for around 3 weeks. The wines are placed in new 225L barrels for a minimum of 1 year's ageing. A selection of coopers is used to adapt the choice of wood origins and toasting methods to each vintage. Each grape variety is vinified and aged separately, until the final blending just before bottling.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby color with a mahogany tint. The bouquet
screams concentrated, very ripe black fruits, toasted spices and
oak. The palate is lush and opulent with velvety
velvety tannins. Aromas of black fruits - blackberries, black cherries and plums
plums - reappear with a complex, empyreumatic weave
leading to mint. The finish is long with perfect
perfect balance.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
