Wine description
- Its exposure, location and exceptional volcanic soil give it a unique character - "Grandiose and wild".
- An imposing red landscape reminiscent of the American Grand Canyon
- Aromas of hawthorn, almond and floral notes of violet and yellow fruit (mango and apricot). The woody side of this cuvée is very delicate, with notes of gingerbread and tobacco.
- Since vintage 2017the estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture) certification.

Vinification and ageing
Harvesting is done by hand, and the different grape varieties are picked separately. The grapes are cooled to 8°C and then gently pressed to extract the best juice. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures and lasts around 2 weeks. Halfway through fermentation, part of the must is transferred to new French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is then aged on fine lees, with regular stirring of the lees.

The color is golden. The nose is
complex and extremely fragrant, revealing
aromas of hawthorn, almond and floral notes of violet
violet and yellow fruit notes of mango and apricot. The

rich and unctuous, with plenty of body, amplitude and
freshness.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, but the order will not be processed until our accounting department has confirmed receipt of payment.
