Established over 15 years ago, this tradition celebrates a key moment in the winegrowing year: vine pruning. In the depths of winter, winegrowers sculpt the potential of future great vintages with precision and expertise, respecting natural cycles and biodynamic practices.

The Fête de la Taille promises an immersive evening of wine-making in a festive and memorable atmosphere.

The evening is designed to delight all your senses: 

• Masterclass "Le Vin Multimensionnel": Gérard Bertrand will introduce guests to a tasting of his greatest wines, revealing the nuances and depths of Languedoc terroirs.
• Induction ceremony for new knights of the Confrérie de l'Art de Vivre, honoring those who share the values of excellence, sharing and respect for nature.
• Gastronomic gala dinner: created by Chef Laurent Chabert around the black Melanosporum truffle, this meal honors the flavors of winter, in perfect harmony with the estate's emblematic wines.
• After-dinner dance with the Hospitalet Groove Band, extending the celebration in a festive musical setting.
