Rosé wine

Pearls de Grenache rosé pays homage to the Mediterranean coast, famous for its vineyards and oysters as well as the pearls that can be found in them. This wine is made exclusively from Grenache, the king grape variety of the South from France, and the perfect variety for making mineral, fruity and fresh wines. With its aromas of red fruits and floral notes, this wine goes perfectly with oysters, grilled fish and also exotic dishes. The bottle wears a necklace of pearls, a unique model in the world designed by the famous French designer Chantal Thomass.

Custody and Service Tips

Serve at around 10°C as an aperitif, or with oysters and seafood. It also goes well with spicy dishes

Winemaking

The bunches are picked at a specific time, determined by the tasting of the grapes of the grapes before harvest to obtain the intensity that characterizes this variety. After the harvest, the grapes are delicately pressed when they arrive at the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation then begins quickly with temperature control to preserve the richness and freshness of the aromas. After a light fining, bottling takes place quickly to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wine.
