shiraz
Red

Driven by a passion for the great wines of the South of France and its vineyard landscapes, Gérard Bertrand created the Naturalys cuvées whose grapes come from vineyards cultivated in Organic Farming. Gérard Bertrand's commitment to a Sustainable Development policy is reflected here by an Ecocert certification guaranteeing production in Organic Farming, packaging that respects the environment (recycled paper label, raw cardboard, low environmental impact caps), and one of the softest carbon footprints thanks to the proximity of the place of production and distribution. Above all premium wines, the gourmet wines of the Naturalys range, guarantee immediate pleasure during tasting, by revealing the true nature of their grape varieties and their terroir of origin, which a culture that respects the environment helps to preserve. sustainably.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually when they have reached their perfect maturity. The harvest is destemmed and a traditional maceration of 10 to 15 days is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats allowing the development of typical Syrah aromas dominated by red fruits and spices and the extraction of silky and fine quality tannins. Malolactic fermentation is carried out and aging takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruity character of the wine.
