Sauvignon Blanc
Driven by a passion for the great wines of the South of France and its wine-growing landscapes, Gérard Bertrand created the Naturalys cuvées whose grapes come from vineyards grown in Organic Farming. Gérard Bertrand's commitment to a Sustainable Development policy is reflected here by an Ecocert certification guaranteeing production in Organic Farming, packaging that respects the environment (recycled paper label, raw cardboard, low environmental impact caps), and one of the softest carbon footprints thanks to the proximity of the place of production and distribution. Above all premium wines, the gourmet wines of the Naturalys range, guarantee immediate pleasure during tasting, by revealing the true nature of their grape varieties and their terroir of origin, which a culture that respects the environment helps to preserve. sustainably.

Winemaking

The grapes, harvested at night, are pressed immediately after harvest. This variety must be vinified with great care because of its great sensitivity to oxidation. For this, all operations are carried out in a neutral atmosphere. After static cold settling for 48 hours, the juice is vinified in stainless steel vats at low temperature in order to preserve the fruit. Temperature control helps preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. The wine is lightly fined and then bottled early to preserve its vivacity.
