Grenache
Driven by a passion for the great wines of the South of France and its wine-growing landscapes, Gérard Bertrand created the Naturalys cuvées whose grapes come from vineyards grown in Organic Farming. Gérard Bertrand's commitment to a Sustainable Development policy is reflected here by an Ecocert certification guaranteeing production in Organic Farming, packaging that respects the environment (recycled paper label, raw cardboard, low environmental impact caps), and one of the softest carbon footprints thanks to the proximity of the place of production and distribution. Above all premium wines, the gourmet wines of the Naturalys range, guarantee immediate pleasure during tasting, by revealing the true nature of their grape varieties and their terroir of origin, which a culture that respects the environment helps to preserve. sustainably.

Winemaking

When the grapes arrive in the cellar, the berries are pressed directly in a pneumatic press so as not to extract too much color. Cold settling is then carried out, followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats to extract as much fruit as possible. This wine is aged in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats before being bottled early to preserve all the freshness of the wine.
