STH undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the stipulated time. Indirect damage

Breakage during shipment

Responsibility

STH cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract, in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, of force majeure and, in particular in the event of a total or partial strike, flood, fire or other natural disasters and, in general, any event that does not allow the proper execution of the order.
