New exhibition « 17 goals to save the world » by Yann Arthus-Bertrand

Monday 04 November 2019

From 7 November in the art space of the Château l'Hospitalet

In partnership with with the BNP, Yann Arthus-Bertrand travelled the world to propose a photographic and singular approach to the Sustainable Development Goals, in the form of an exhibition of 17 photographs illustrating each of the objectives. This private exhibition will be made public for the first time at the Château l'Hospitalet on November 7.

The main objectives of the Goodplanet Foundation are to raise awareness of the environmental cause and to act on the ground.
The exhibition “17 goals to save the world” meets these objectives by placing ecology and humanism at the heart of consciences and generating concrete actions for the land and its inhabitants. This series of pedagogical and committed photographs aims to raise awareness among a wide public, in order to awaken the awareness of adults and to educate the youngest to the actions to be put in place for a better future

Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s work demonstrates his willingness to awaken a collective and responsible conscience. Hosting this exhibition at the Château l'Hospitalet is an honour but also an obvious one. Like all of Gérard Bertrand’s estates, Château l'Hospitalet is cultivated in biodynamics with a special focus on biodiversity.
