One of the most famous art Fair in the world

Celebrating in 2020 65th edition, BRAFA remains one of the oldest but prestigious Art Fair in the World. Created in 1956, this Fair is very renowned in the Art sector for the high quality of the exhibited pieces. Cigalus Blanc, from the estate of Cigalus was served during the opening gala dinner on January 23, 2020.

During this 65th edition, there were 133 art galleries as well as Art dealers of repute from 14 nationalities. The fair holds its place as a world reference in the 5 best Art and Antiquity Fair, reputed for exhibiting masterpieces going from the Antiquity to Modern art.

Domaine de Cigalus white, PGI Pays d’Oc, 2018, was served at the beginning of BRAFA’s opening gala dinner.

Blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, Cigalus white unveils intense citrus, white peach and honey flavors on nose. With long-lasting flavors, the palate is full-bodied and silky and reveals notes of vanilla, toasted, butter and exotic fruits. It is with great pride that our wines were poured alongside other renowned wines such as Champagne Taittinger.

Art demands to be precise and passionate, just like creating a great wine.

Producing a great wine is an art that requires patience and a lot of rigor. Convinced that Biodynamic farming is the best way to make wines that are the genuine expression of their own terroir, Gérard Bertrand and his team have converted all his 15 estates   to following biodynamic cultural practices. The teams exercise their know-how with precision while looking for every details be it in the vineyard, the winery or in the bottle.
