Grenache Syrah Cinsault
Source of Joy evokes the myth of the fountain of youth and invites a return to naturalness. Its voluptuous bottle recalls the elegance found on the palate. Source of Joy comes from organic vineyards, on a terroir recognized by Louis XIV as an exceptional place for rosés. The combination of two soils, shale and limestone, with hilly terrain, has created a complex network of groundwater that ensures an exceptional resource of pure water for the vineyards.

Winemaking

The different grape varieties are harvested separately at the optimum of their respective ripeness. The vinifications respect the specific characteristics of the grape varieties and the terroirs. Following manual harvesting very early in the morning, when the outside temperature is still cool, this rosé is produced by bleeding. The bunches are put whole to macerate in a tank and the extraction of the juice is carried out after a short maceration, when the color has reached the desired level. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the liquid phase under temperature control, in order to develop the maximum number of aromas. Part of this wine was vinified in barrels. In order to keep all its freshness and natural acidity, no malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine is bottled quickly.
