Custody and Service Tips

To be enjoyed at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with exotic dishes, fish, poultry or even with a fresh fruit salad

The harvest is early (early August) in order to obtain a balanced and aromatic wine. The berries are pressed as soon as they arrive at the cellar in a pneumatic press. The juice is then cold-settled for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in order to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas as much as possible. Aging is done on fine lees to preserve the aromatic character of Muscat.
