Château l'Hospitalet Grand Vin Rouge 2017 – AOP La Clape

Elected Best Red Wine in the World at the International Wine Challenge 2019, the plots of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre are grown biodynamically. The splendid cellar of L'Hospitalet du Massif de la Clape accommodated the different grape varieties aged 12 to 16 months in oak barrels.
To be enjoyed with a rack of lamb, game or aged cheeses.

Cigalus White 2019 – IGP Pays D’Oc

From the first Gérard Bertrand estate converted to biodynamics in 2010, this exceptional wine won the score of 16/20 in the Guide Bettane et Desseauve. In the hollow of the Corbières, the Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties are aged in barrels for 7 to 8 months.
Serve as an aperitif, with scallops or fish in sauce.

Château la Sauvageonne Grand Vin Rouge 2018 – AOP Terrasses du Larzac

With a score of 17/20 from Olivier Bompas on Le Point, this blend of Grenache noir, Syrah and Carignan spent time in barrels of almost 16 months. Château la Sauvageonne has been grown biodynamically since 2012.
Serve with grilled meats, heritage dishes and cheeses.
