Solar 6 is a wine from organic farming certified "AB" and "Bee Friendly", a label which aims to safeguard bees and pollinators. In an alarming context of the increasing disappearance of pollinators, beekeepers have initiated the creation of the European “Bee Friendly” label in order to identify agricultural practices that respect the preservation of bees. The name of this range of wines, round and fruity, Solar 6, pays homage to the solar terroirs of the South of France where these wines are produced. Winemaking

Located in the north of the Gard, at the foot of the Cévennes, the Cévennes hills and the Ceize valley, the plots of the vineyard, facing south and of clay-limestone nature, make it possible to express beautiful grapes in order to provide the typical characteristics of Chardonnay. After sorting the harvest, the grapes are placed in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats before being aged on fine lees.
