Custody and Service Tips

This wine will go well with wild boar terrine, stuffed squab, hare à la Royale or truffled Brie.

Winemaking

Harvested manually, transferred to the cellar in small boxes, the grapes are placed in vats after destemming. The grapes of good maturity deliver their potential in color, aromatic and phenolic components, through maceration of variable duration depending on the vintage (7 to 10 days). At the end of winter, the wines are aged in barrels for 12 months. The marketing comes after a year of bottling
