Red
Driven by a passion for the great wines of the South of France and its wine-growing landscapes, Gérard Bertrand created the Naturalys cuvées whose grapes come from vineyards grown in Organic Farming. Gérard Bertrand's commitment to a Sustainable Development policy is reflected here by an Ecocert certification guaranteeing production in Organic Farming, packaging that respects the environment (recycled paper label, raw cardboard, low environmental impact caps), and one of the softest carbon footprints thanks to the proximity of the place of production and distribution. Above all premium wines, the gourmet wines of the Naturalys range, guarantee immediate pleasure during tasting, by revealing the true nature of their grape varieties and their terroir of origin, which a culture that respects the environment helps to preserve. sustainably.

The berries are harvested manually when they are at optimum ripeness. The entire harvest is destemmed to be vinified in the traditional way (10 to 15 days of maceration) in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, with precise temperature control. Frequent pumping over allows the aromas, tannins and color to be perfectly extracted. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the wine (duration: 6 months). The wine is then bottled
