The Domaine de l’Aigle, situated near the village of Roquetaillade, near Limoux at the foot of Pyrenees, is a 31 hectare property between 250 and 500 meters in height, so representing one of the highest vineyards of the High Valley of the Aude and all Languedoc.
The vineyards of Pinot noir find weather conditions close to their Burgundy of origin with a climate of oceanic and semi-continental type with regular rains.
The Domaine de l’Aigle Pinot noir reveals aromas of small fruits with grains (raspberry, currant). Soft, fruity and finely spiced he reveals fine and silky tannins as well as exceptional structure in mouth. Finale is long and fruity.
It is an ideal wine to accompany your grilled meats, in particular the rabbit.
