Weekly wine pairing - winter dishes special

A classic of French gastronomy, rabbit in mustard sauce is a powerful dish. To accompany it, several options: a dry, unctuous and spicy white, a not very tannic, warm red, or a fruity and light red.

Our choice goes to the Viala, a deep and fruity red which will compliment the rabbit’s delicate flesh, while the wooden finish will support the mustard’s ardent flavor.
