3 days to Saint Nicholas’ Day, the day celebrated in the Benelux and the North east of France! While Saint Nic is preparing for his long rounds of delivering bonbons and other sweet treats, it is time to put our baker’s gloves on and make this traditional and delicious ginger bread, which both children and grown-ups love. And to pair with, we have a secret weapon: Muscat de Rivesaltes, of which the softness and caramelized fruit will compliment the cinnamon like a dream.
