Monday evening was the launching of the Guide 2019 Gault Millau at Felicità in Paris.
The Guide Gault and Millau is a French restaurant guide created in 1972 by Henri Gault and Christian Millau, two French journalists who became gastronomic critics.
Gérard Betrand was partner of the evening. Our Grand Vins accompanied the menu which honored the Italian gastronomy. Cigalus Blanc 2017 accompanied the starter, Château de Villemajou Grand Vin Rouge 2015 raised the dish and Rivesaltes 2002 sublimated the dessert.
